Google “how to lose weight fast” and you’ll get over 2 trillion results. (Seriously, I’m not kidding.) Seems like a lot of us are overwhelmed, frustrated, impatient and really just wanting to feel better, physically and emotionally.

The “best” diet is the one that makes you feel great about yourself, gives you energy, and allows you to move and sleep without difficulty.

You’re the only expert when it comes to nourishing you.

That was my reality. My thighs and butt were too big, my breasts too small, my hair wasn’t right and those glasses, ugh. If I could just lose enough weight, my life would be perfect. I’d hide my body in clothes so no one would know I was overweight. (Hmmm…)

These were some of the stories I told myself.

But these were just stories, so I learned to rewrite them. I figured out what I really wanted and what filled me with joy. I started to see my life differently, and this time, it clicked.
